Assist the Area Team Leader to ensure that Amicus Trust housing services are adequately managed. Work directly with residents to ensure their tenancies are maintained, the accommodation is secure and arrangements are put in place for the subsequent resettlement of residents.

Housing Support Officer



Area Team Leader

If you are looking for a rewarding job in housing management, the Area Team Leader role is to ensure the efficient and effective management of the houses. To liaise on a regularly basis and to ensure staff work consistently and to a high standard in the delivery of services to residents.


Area Support Manager

As an Area Support Manager, you will provide short term cover for our projects within a designated area during periods of short staff, annual leave. You will have the responsibility to ensure our housing management services are consistently delivered to a high standard and that our properties are adequately maintained and that they are safe and secure for our residents
